Third (3rd) Parties. Both Creditor and Xxxxxx agree that they have not assigned any portion of the Debt to another individual or entity. Furthermore, Creditor and Xxxxxx each claim to have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
Third (3rd) Parties. The CUSTOMER assumes full responsibility for any 3rd Party(s) that may be active and / or providing an IT related service to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER assumes full responsibility for any cost(s) that may be incurred by either Party to this Agreement, as a result of a direct or indirect, intentional or unintentional action of a 3rd Party that may result in the compromising of the services and support covered under this Agreement.
Third (3rd) Parties. The CUSTOMER may not use any 3rd Party(s) that may be active and / or provide similar related services for the duration of the agreement. The CUSTOMER assumes full responsibility for any cost(s) that may be incurred by any 3rd Party to this Agreement, as a result of a direct or indirect, intentional or unintentional action of a 3rd Party that may result in the compromising of the services and support covered under this Agreement.
