THIRD AMENDMENT DOCUMENTATION. On or before September 30, 2002, Raintree shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Lender all of the documents, agreements, statements, resolutions, certificates, consents, opinions of counsel and other information as required under the Third Amendment, including without limitation, such documents, agreements, statements, resolutions, certificates, consents, opinions of counsel and other information as further described in EXHIBITS B AND C appended thereto.
