Project Development Agreement. The parties to the PDA are:
Project Development Agreement. A project development agreement shall address a specific development proposal. A proposal shall be defined through a detailed site design with the identification of specific uses and activity. The level of detail shall be such that the project can be reviewed to determine the appropriate level of mitigation related to, but not limited to, transportation, stormwater, and critical areas.
Project Development Agreement. As used herein, "Project Development ----------------------------- Agreement" shall mean the Development Agreement, dated as of December 1, 1989, between Borrower and Boston Properties, a Massachusetts business trust.
Project Development Agreement. Directly following submittal of particulars responsive to the RFP as provided in Section 2.2 above, Xxxx will negotiate in good faith with the Villages for a definitive Project Development Agreement to cover Site acquisition, development and construction of the physical facility reflected in the response to the RFP, operations and related municipal support. The Project Development Agreement will be generally consistent with responses to the RFP.
Project Development Agreement. For greater certainty, this clause 9 will not survive the termination or expity of this Agreement.
Project Development Agreement. The Board is pleased to announce that on 13 May 2016 (after trading hours), the Government of the Lao PDR and the Company entered into the Project Development Agreement pursuant to which, subject to its terms and conditions and among other things,
(1) the Government of the Lao PDR agreed to (i) procure the Operator to sell the Project to the Project Company at the Consideration of US$42,000,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$325,920,000) (including payment of the Assumed Tax Liability), and (ii) approve the issuance to the Project Company of the Concession Certificate upon Closing authorising the Project Company to engage in the Concession Activities in connection with the Project during the Term, and
(2) the Company agreed to (i) form the Project Company, (ii) purchase the Project, and (iii) operate the Project Company to engage in the Concession Activities in connection with the Project during the Term.
1.1 Principal Terms of the Project Development Agreement The principal terms of the Project Development Agreement are as follows:

Project Development Agreement. That agreement among the Participants dated September 30, 1985, which provides, inter alia, for the Participants to share the costs of Project Development Work.
Project Development Agreement. 5.1 The Parties will negotiate in good faith a Project Development Agreement based on the Offer Terms. The Project Development Agreement will set out the terms and conditions whereby ZayZoon will provide the ZayZoon Services to all of the End Users. ZayZoon will involve Counterparty in the development and integration of the ZayZoon Services.
5.2 The Right of First Refusal is for the benefit of ZayZoon and can only be assigned with the prior written consent of Counterparty, except to an affiliate of ZayZoon.
Project Development Agreement. Licensor shall complete, or cause to be completed, as and when required under the Project Development Agreement, the acquisition and delivery of the Stadium Site and any other obligations of Licensor under the Project Development Agreement. Licensee shall complete, or cause to be completed, as and when required under the Project Development Agreement, the construction of the Stadium and any other work that may be required under the Project Development Agreement.
Project Development Agreement. Raintree shall deliver to Lender evidence that Raintree has cured or has caused Borrower to waive any and all existing defaults (whether payment or performance) under the Project Development Agreement.
