Third Parties Definition. 15.8.1 For purposes of this Section 15, “third party” means any person or entity other than an Indemnified Party and Maintenance Contractor, except that a “third party” includes any Indemnified Party’s employee, agent or contractor who asserts a claim against an Indemnified Party which is within the scope of the indemnities and which is not covered by the Indemnified Party’s workers’ compensation program.
