Compensation Program definition

Compensation Program means any post-emergence employee, officer and/or director compensation programs.
Compensation Program means the GoodRx Holdings, Inc. Non-Employee Director Compensation Program, as the same may be amended and/or amended and restated from time to time.

Compensation Program. ’ means the compensation
