Third Party Facilities. Except for situations of Force Majeure, or as may be required by necessary repairs, maintenance, or outages on the TGP System, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties, Provider shall not utilize or substitute any Gas processing and/or NGL fractionation facilities other than the TGP System for performance of the System Services under this Agreement, and then only with notice to Customer as soon as reasonably practical.
