THIRD PARTY PAID LEAVE. In special circumstances and upon prior mutual agreement of the Association and the School Board, a member on leave may continue as an employee of the Board. The employee shall receive from the Board his/her salary and benefits as if working. The Association or other third party to which the employee is assigned shall reimburse the School Board for salary and benefits related to the leave.
