Common use of Third Party Sub-Contracting Clause in Contracts

Third Party Sub-Contracting. 9.20.12.1 The Supplier shall comply with the requirements set out in Clause 25 (Supply Chain Rights and Protection) of the Framework Schedule 4 (Call Off Order Form and Call Off Terms). 9.20.12.2 The Supplier shall be the primary point of contact for all third party Sub- Contractors and shall therefore be responsible for managing, controlling and maintaining all relationships throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement and Call Off Contracts.
