Common use of Third Party Web Services Clause in Contracts

Third Party Web Services. Cloud Services may include links to third party web services residing on external websites, whereby the Client may access such web services subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. In such case, Client agrees that Company is only responsible for providing technical access to the content of such third-party websites, and the services and content of such websites are the sole responsibility of the applicable third parties.
