Licensed Rights and Restrictions. 3.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and payment by Customer of all applicable Fees (including for the applicable Hosting and Support Services), Cardinus grants to the Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable right to permit the Authorised Users to access and use the Software Services and the Documentation during the Software Services Term solely for the Customer's internal business operations.
Licensed Rights and Restrictions. (a) In consideration of you agreeing to abide by the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the App on your mobile device for your personal purposes only.
