Thirty-Day Delivery Requirement. Pursuant to each Design Review, Contractor shall furnish to the Authority the design information submittals identified in the Technical Specifications, not less than thirty (30) days before such Design Review. If the Contractor fails to meet this deadline, then, in addition to all other rights and remedies under this Contract (including the right to delay damages), the Authority shall be entitled to extend the Design Review date, and under no circumstances shall such extension be deemed a Change under this Contract.

This initial traffic forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Interconnection Trunk groups in the LATA over the next eight (8) quarters.
