T.H.I.S Sample Clauses
T.H.I.S. In addition to the Superintendent’s salary, the Board shall pay such amount as may be required by law on behalf of the Superintendent to the Teacher Health Insurance Security Fund. The Superintendent shall not have any right or claim to said amounts, except as they may become available at the time of retirement or resignation from the State of Illinois Teachers’ Retirement System. Both parties acknowledge that the Superintendent did not have the option of choosing to receive the contributed amounts directly, instead of having such contributions paid by the Board to the Teachers’ Health Insurance Security Fund, and further acknowledge that such contributions are made as a condition of employment to secure the Superintendent’s future services, knowledge and experience.
T.H.I.S. In addition to the salary of the Principal as set forth hereinabove in paragraph 3, the Board shall pay the Principal’s contribution to the Teacher Health Insurance Security Fund in the amount as required by law.
T.H.I.S. The Board agrees to pay the employee’s contribution to the Teachers Health Insurance System (T.H.I.S.).

T.H.I.S. From and out of the salary and pension payments of the Superintendent as set forth hereinabove in paragraphs 3 and 5, the Board shall withhold any such amount as may be required by law, on behalf of the Superintendent, to the Teacher Health Insurance Security Fund.
T.H.I.S. From and out of the salary of the Xxxx as set forth hereinabove in paragraph 3, the Board shall withhold and pay such percentage of the Xxxx’x salary as may be required by law on behalf of the Xxxx to the Teacher Health Insurance Security Fund.
T.H.I.S. In addition to the Principal’s salary, the Board shall pay such percentage as may be required by law on behalf of the Principal to the Teacher Health Insurance Security Fund.
T.H.I.S. Fund Contribution - The Board shall contribute to the Teacher Health Insurance Security Fund through the appropriate state agency on behalf of each teacher 0.5% of the teacher’s salary.
T.H.I.S. The Board shall contribute to each teacher’s member contribution to the Illinois Retired Teachers’ Health Insurance System (T.H.I.S.) .88% of the teacher’s 2011-2012 salary, or in the case of a new teacher, .88% of his/her salary in the year in which he/she starts employment with the District.
