This Article Generally. The District established the Bloomfield Hills Schools Medical Reimbursement Plan for the purpose of providing eligible Employees with the opportunity to receive reimbursement of Qualifying Medical Expenses in a manner which is excludable from gross income under Section 105(b) of the Code. The Medical Reimbursement Plan is intended to qualify as a medical reimbursement plan under Section 105(b) of the Code and is to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the requirements of Section 105(b) of the Code. The Medical Reimbursement Plan is set forth in this Article.
This Article Generally. The District established the Bloomfield Hills Schools Cafeteria Plan for the purpose of providing eligible Employees with the opportunity to make premium co-payments on a pre-tax basis, make and receive pre-tax Health Savings Account contributions and to receive cash in lieu of Qualified Benefits under Section 125 of the Code. The Cafeteria Plan is intended to qualify as a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code and is to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the requirements of Section 125 of the Code. The Cafeteria Plan is set forth in this Article.
