Time and Method of Payment of Employer Contributions. Contributions shall be paid in a lump sum and be accompanied by completed Remittance Reports, obtained from the Local BODY OF AGREEMENT Union, showing the name, Social Insurance Number, the number of hours worked, the fund to which each part of the payment is to be allocated and the amounts remitted, with respect to each Employee for the relevant monthly reporting period.
