Common use of Time Away From Training Clause in Contracts

Time Away From Training. Resident shall receive paid time away from training in accordance with XXXXXXXX’x Time Away From Training Policy (13) and as more fully set forth in EXHIBIT A – House Staff Benefits Summary. Paid time off must be scheduled in accordance with guidelines set forth in the EINSTEIN’s Time Away From Training Policy (policy and any policy updates, shall be furnished to the Resident at the commencement of training under XXXXXXXX auspices).
