Common use of TIME DONATION PROGRAMS Clause in Contracts

TIME DONATION PROGRAMS. Association employees are entitled to make time donations in accordance with the City’s Time Donation Programs policy, as set forth in Section 4.2.10 of the City Policy Manual in effect on the Effective Date.

Association employees are entitled to make time donations participate in accordance with the City’s Time Donation Programs policyPrograms, as set forth in Section 4.2.10 of which allow employees to donate accrued vacation to fellow employees under special circumstances. An employee must meet the criteria established under the Time Donation Policy to receive time donations.
