TIME EMPLOYEES ELIGIBLE FOR HOLIDAYS. 394. Part-time employees who regularly work a minimum of twenty (20) hours in a biweekly pay period shall be entitled to holidays as provided herein on a proportionate basis. 395. Regular fulltime employees are entitled to 8/80 or 1/10 time off when a holiday falls in a biweekly pay period; therefore, parttime employees, as defined in the immediately preceding paragraph, shall receive a holiday based upon the ration of 1/10 of the total number of hours the employee is regularly scheduled to work in a biweekly pay period.

Holiday time off shall be determined by calculating 1/10 of the hours worked by the parttime employee in the biweekly pay period immediately preceding the pay period in which the holiday falls.
