Common use of TIME EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

TIME EMPLOYEES. A Regular Full-Time employee is one who is scheduled to work at least forty (40) hours per calendar week for an indefinite period of time.

TIME EMPLOYEES. A Regular Fullregular full-Time time employee is one who is regularly scheduled to work at least forty thirty-seven and a half (4037.5) hours per calendar week for an indefinite period of timeweek.
