TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. Said deed is to be delivered to BUYER at the Nantucket County Registry of Deeds at 1:00 P.M. on the 26th day of February, 2015, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. It is agreed that time is of the essence of this agreement.
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. The deed and other transfer documents are to be delivered and the Purchase Price paid on or before December 20, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at the offices of Buyer’s attorney, Bernstein, Shur, Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx, 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 (the “Closing”), unless otherwise agreed to by Seller and Buyer.
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. Such Deed is to be delivered at 12:00 o’clock p.m. on the Closing Date specified hereinabove at the Essex South Registry of Deeds, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In any event, the Closing shall take place at a location within the jurisdiction of the Essex South District Registry of Deeds. It is agreed that time is of the essence of this Agreement.
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. Such deed is to be delivered at 1:00 o’clock P.M. on May 16, 2011, at the Middlesex County Registry of Deeds or the offices of Buyer’s counsel, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. It is agreed that time is of the essence of this agreement.
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. If the Seller has acquired title to the Property on or before May 22, 2015, such deed is to be delivered at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of May, 2015 (the “Closing Date”) at the office of the Town Manager at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00000 or at another mutually agreeable location. If the Seller acquires title to the Property before May 22, 2015, the Buyer shall be notified of the Xxxx Closing Date (as such term is defined herein) as soon as possible, and the parties shall mutually agree on an earlier Closing Date. If the Seller has not acquired title to the Property on or before said date, the date for the delivery of the deed from the Seller to the Buyer shall be extended and it shall take place on or before one (1) year from the date of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. It is agreed that time is of the essence of this Agreement.
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. Such deed is to be delivered on [month] [day], 2021, at [(time)], at the Southern Essex District Registry of Deeds, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writing. The parties agree time is of the essence. Seller may elect to have Buyer provide all “seller-side” closing documents at least 24 hours prior to closing to enable Seller to close remotely and have signed original documents delivered to closing.
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. The deed and other transfer documents are to be delivered and the Purchase Price paid on the thirtieth (30th) day following the Seller’s receipt of Subdivision Approval, as defined in Section 5 of this Agreement, at 10:00
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. Provided that the SELLER shall have the option of providing all closing documentation by overnight courier in lieu of having a representative attend the closing, and the BUYER and the BUYER'S lender shall cooperate with the SELLER in connection therewith.
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. The deed and other transfer documents are to be delivered and the consideration paid on the day following the date of execution of this Agreement by Xxxxxx (said date of execution of this Agreement by Seller being hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date of this Agreement”), at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Buyer’s attorney, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 (the “Closing”), unless otherwise agreed to by Xxxxxx and Buyer. If such date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday in the State of Maine, the Closing shall occur on the next business day.
TIME FOR PERFORMANCE; DELIVERY OF DEED. Such deed is to be delivered at on the day of , 2009, provided a Certificate of Occupancy for the Unit has issued, whichever should earlier occur, at the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds or at the office of the BUYER’S lending institution’s attorney if located in the greater Boston area, or such other place as long as may be mutually agreed to. SELLER shall have the right upon prior written notification to BUYER to postpone the closing for up to 30 days if construction of the premises is not complete at this time or a Certificate of Occupancy for the Unit has not issued; provided, however, that at BUYER’S option no such extension shall be allowed unless the BUYER can obtain an extension of BUYER’S mortgage commitment on substantially the same, or better, rates, terms and conditions as originally committed to by Buyer’s lender through the extended closing date. If BUYER cannot obtain an extension, the BUYER may withdraw from this Agreement, and will obtain all deposits back, except deposits or fees for design choices or custom extras. It is agreed that time is of the essence in this Agreement.
