Time for Presenting Claims. Customer must present any claim with respect to any Service in writing to Company within a reasonable time and in no case later than three (3) months after the occurrence of the event on which the claim is based.

Time for Presenting Claims. In the event a claim arises against the Local Provider, Referring Provider must notify the Local Provider in writing of the claim no later than three (3) months after the occurrence of the event on which the claim is based. Should Referring Provider wish to file a lawsuit in the judicial system or commence arbitration proceedings, such actions must be filed after Referring Provider notifies Local Provider of the claim and no later than three (3) months after the occurrence of the event on which the claim is based. No action or lawsuit may be maintained by the Referring Provider against the Local Provider arising out of this Agreement unless a timely written claim has been provided.

  • Employee Attendance at Staff Meetings (a) Where an employee is directed by the Employer to attend a staff meeting during their regular working hours, the employee shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate for the time spent in such attendance.
