Common use of TIME FOR PROJECT COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

TIME FOR PROJECT COMPLETION. All of CONTRACTOR’s work on the Project shall be completed within durations established for the individual activities as set forth in the Project Construction Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit “C” and incorporated herein by this reference. All work shall commence ten (10) calendar days after receiving a written Notice to Proceed from the CITY or Construction Manager, if a Construction Manager is employed by CITY on the Project. CONTRACTOR shall refer to the invitations for bids, and Project Plans and Specifications, all of which, as set forth below, are incorporated herein by reference, for contractual obligations regarding individual activity durations.
