Time for submittals. Each submittal must be received by the A-E in time to permit 21calendar days for their review. If a submittal is not received in time to allow sufficient time, (calendar days) for the A-E's review without delaying construction, the XXXX shall reimburse Owner for the A-E's costs incurred by checking on an accelerated basis.
