Time Limit to Reply to Step 2. (a) Within 10 days of receiving the grievance at Step 2, the representative of the Employer, the employee and the xxxxxxx will meet to examine the facts, the nature of the grievance and attempt to resolve the dispute. The xxxxxxx and the representative of the Employer will fill out a "shared fact sheet" [see Information Appendix H (Shared Fact Sheet)] listing an agreed statement of facts. The "shared fact sheet" is on a "without prejudice" basis and will not be referred to by either party in any third party proceedings.
