Time Limitation Extension. All time limitations within this procedure may be extended by mutual agreement of the Board and ONA, which will not be unreasonably withheld. The timely request of an extension will have the effect of tolling the timeframes outlined in this Article until a response to the request for extension is received. “Working days” do not include Saturday, Sunday or contractual Holidays. A grievance not answered or extension requested within the time frames outlined above shall be considered a settlement of the grievance in favor of the grievance.
Time Limitation Extension. In extenuating circumstances, the time limitation referred to in the foregoing sections may be extended to a period of time acceptable to both parties concerned.
