Time Limits - Regulations. Failure of the grievant to act on any grievance within the prescribed time limits will act as a bar to any further appeal within the grievance procedure. In the event the administrator fails to give a decision within the time limits, the grievance shall automatically proceed to the next step. The time limits, however, may be extended by mutual written agreement.
