Time & Manner for Submitting Claim. All disputes and claims shall first be submitted in writing to the Assistant Chief Engineer within 45 calendar days after the completion or termination date. The Consultant hereby agrees that the failure to submit the dispute or claim to the Assistant Chief Engineer prior to 45 calendar days after the completion or termination date shall constitute a waiver of the dispute or claim.
