TIME OF DECISION. It is agreed that a sole arbitrator or a Board of Arbitration, will be required to submit a decision to the parties in writing within two (2) weeks of the conclusion of the arbitration hearing with reasons to follow at the Chairperson's discretion, but no longer than three (3) months from the date of the hearing.

TIME OF DECISION. Absent good cause for an extension as determined by the Panel, the Panel shall render the award within thirty days after the date of the closing of the hearing, or if an arbitration hearing has been waived or otherwise dispensed with, within thirty days after the date that the Panel received all materials submitted by the Parties for disposition.

  • Notice of Decision The Plan Administrator shall notify the claimant in writing of its decision on review. The Plan Administrator shall write the notification in a manner calculated to be understood by the claimant. The notification shall set forth:

  • Arbitration Decision The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. The arbitrator shall issue a written arbitration decision revealing the essential findings and conclusions upon which the decision and/or award is based.   • Claim Decision Upon receipt of such claim, the Plan Administrator shall respond to such claimant within ninety (90) days after receiving the claim.
