TIME OFF FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION. Eligible candidates will be relieved of duty at 2000 hours on the night before any competitive written exam or assessment center when the test falls during or immediately after the eligible candidate’s regular working hours. Candidate shall return to full duty after completion of examination. These hours may be taken without any loss of compensation or leave accruals.
