TIME OFF FOR EXAMINATIONS. If a request is made by an employee, such employee shall be released from duty without loss of compensation while competing in City examinations and interviews. The employee must give the immediate supervisor at least three (3) working days' advance notice. Employees shall not be compensated for examination and interview time which occurs during non-duty hours.
