TIME OFF FOR SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES AND FOR VISITATION PURPOSES. Association representative members, which shall include the President (or in the President's absence, the Vice-President), the Grievance Committee and the Representative, shall be allowed time off with pay during regularly scheduled working hours in order to conduct business relating to contract matters. Initial approval shall be by the building administrator provided; however, when subject approval is disputed, the final decision will be made by the Administrator of Labor Relations.
