Timeframe for Submission. (i) Section 14 of the Act obligates a Contractor, Sub-Contractor or Licensee that have MSAs still in-force immediately before the coming into operation of the Act to submit those MSAs to the Secretariat for review within thirty days of the coming into operation of the Act, that is to say, on or before January 30, 2022.
