Common use of Timeline Absolute Clause in Contracts

Timeline Absolute. The Recipient understands that, for any reason whatsoever, foreseeable or unforeseeable, negligent, intentional, or due to any factor outside the Recipient’s control, should the Recipient fail to start construction prior to the date specified in Exhibit A, this Agreement will automatically terminate and repayment of any and all Project Funds disbursed to the Recipient will be due and payable immediately.
