Timely Approval of Professional Growth Plan. An advisor shall complete and return to the credential holder certification of initial plan, initialing of any revisions or verification of completion within ten (10) duty day of submission to the advisor. If the advisor finds that certification, modification, or verification cannot be granted, then the advisor shall notify the credential holder of the reason(s) in writing within ten (10) duty days of submission.
