TIMELY NOTICE OF ANTICIPATED RETURN TO WORK. Employees on approved unpaid leaves of absence (with the exception of illness, debilitating illness, or military leave) for one or more semester/trimesters must notify the Superintendent of their planned return to work no later than sixty (60) days before the end of the last semester/trimester of the approved leave. Failure to do so will delay the employee’s return to work until the following school year. Failure to provide timely notice of planned return to work per the above in the second year shall be considered a voluntary resignation.
