Timely Payments to Subcontractors. The Contractor shall, under this contract, establish procedures to ensure timely payment of amounts due pursuant to the terms of their Subcontracts. The Contractor shall pay each Subcontractor for satisfactory performance of its contract, no later than ten (10) days from the date of the Contractor’s receipt of payment from the Authority for work by that subcontractor. The Contractor shall also release, within ten (10) days of satisfactory completion of all work required by the Subcontractor, any retention withheld from the Subcontractor.

AP Workflow facilitates CSC’s compliance with Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx. b. Responsible CIO-CS TO Managers validate the task order charges in the subcontractors’ invoices prior to posting them to CostPoint. c. CSC utilizes an internal Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure timely review and payment of subcontractors’ invoices. CSC policy states that small business subcontractors shall be paid in a timely manner. d. Subcontractors have access to CSC’s automated Time Entry System (eTES) to record and report their time. e. The CIO-CS Contract Administrator and Program Manager will survey task order staff periodically to verify that subcontractors are receiving timely payments. The benefit to NITAAC of CSC’s procedures to ensure timely subcontractor payments is that subcontractors will be treated fairly, their performance will not be negatively affected by lack of payment, and they will be eager to provide superior performance on CIO-CS.

  • PAYMENT TO SUB-CONTRACTORS 12.1 Transnet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make payment directly to the sub-contractor of the Supplier/Service Provider, subject to the following conditions: a) Receipt of an undisputed invoice from the sub-contractor; and b) Receipt of written confirmation from the Supplier/Service Provider that the amounts claimed by the sub-contractor are correct and that the services for which the sub- contractor has requested payment were rendered to the satisfaction of the Supplier/Service Provider, against the required standards. 12.2 Nothing contained in this clause must be interpreted as bestowing on any sub-contractor a right or legitimate expectation to be paid directly by Transnet. Furthermore, this clause does not bestow any right or legitimate expectation on the Supplier/Service provider to demand that Transnet pay its sub-contractor directly. The decision to pay any sub-contractor directly, remains that of Transnet alone.
