Common use of Timely Review Clause in Contracts

Timely Review. CITY shall examine all studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents presented by CONSULTANT, obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor, accountant, auditor, and other consultants as CITY deems appropriate for such examination and render in writing decisions pertaining thereto in a timely manner so as not to unreasonably delay the services of CONSULTANT.
