Parties to the Process a) There shall be established a Central Dispute Resolution Committee (“The Committee”), which shall be composed of equal representation of up to four (4) representatives each of the employer bargaining agency and employee bargaining agency (“the central parties”), and up to three representatives of the Crown. The Committee will be co-chaired by a representative from each bargaining agency. All correspondence to the committee will be sent to both co-chairs.
Penalties for non-conformity of production 9.1. The approval granted in respect of a vehicle type pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the requirements set forth above are not met.
PTO Scheduling a. By November 15 of each year, the Company will post on appropriate bulletin boards a schedule showing the PTO days, which are available to each employee for the upcoming year.
Requirement to Utilize HUB Compliance Reporting System Pursuant to Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Sections 20.285(f) and 20.287(b), TFC administers monthly administration HSP-PAR compliance monitoring through its HUB Compliance Reporting System commonly known as B2G. PSP and PSP’s subcontractors/subconsultants shall submit required PAR information into the B2G system. Any delay in the timely submission of PAR information into the B2G system will be treated as an invoicing error subject to dispute under Texas Government Code Section 2251.042.
Steps of the Procedure 18. a. Except for grievances involving multiple employees or discipline, all grievances must be initiated at Step 1 of the grievance procedure.
Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network. Details of the Processing The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Data Processor is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, as well as the types of Personal Data Processed and categories of Data Subjects under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA.
Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.
Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.
