Common use of Timing of Submission of Documents Clause in Contracts

Timing of Submission of Documents. No Proceed Order shall be issued until the Owner has received, in good and proper order, the following documents. The documents shall be submitted in accordance with the following schedule: 2.1.2.2.1 Within ten days of the Notice of Apparent Successful Bid: (a) Contract executed by Contractor (b) Payment and Performance Bonds in accordance with Article 1.5.1 2.1.2.2.2 Within fourteen days of the Effective Date of the Contract: (a) Proof of Insurance as required in Paragraph 1.5.3.1 (b) List of intended Subcontractors 2.1.2.2.3 Prior to the issuance of the Proceed Order, but in any event, within sixty days of the Effective Date of the Contract: (a) Submittal and Shop Drawing Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3 (b) Construction Progress Schedule as required in Article 2.1.5 (c) Documents Review Report as required in paragraph 2.1.2.3 (d) Construction Management Plan as required in Article 2.1.3
