  • Supporting Documents The Company shall have received the following:

  • Supporting Documentation Upon request, the HSP will provide the LHIN with proof of the matters referred to in this Article.

  • Existing Documents The Contractor has reviewed and taken into consideration the Bidding Documents in preparing his bid.

  • Closing Documents The Closing Documents shall consist of the following:

  • Paid Claims without Supporting Documentation Any Paid Claim for which Practitioner cannot produce documentation shall be considered an error and the total reimbursement received by Practitioner for such Paid Claim shall be deemed an Overpayment. Replacement sampling for Paid Claims with missing documentation is not permitted.

  • Evidence Supporting Claim 1.1.1 When taking leave for personal illness or injury, the employee must, if required by the Company, establish by production of a medical certificate or statutory declaration, that the employee was unable to work because of injury or personal illness.

  • APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I are attached to and form a part of this Contract. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency in the definition or interpretation of any word, responsibility, schedule, or the contents or description of any task, deliverable, goods, service, or other work, or otherwise between the base Contract and the Exhibits, or between Exhibits, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to the Contract and then to the Exhibits according to the following priority. Standard Exhibits:

  • Title Documents Title Documents consist of the following: (1) copies of any plats, declarations, covenants, conditions and restrictions burdening the Property, and (2) copies of any other documents (or, if illegible, summaries of such documents) listed in the schedule of exceptions (Exceptions) in the Title Commitment furnished to Buyer (collectively, Title Documents).

  • Bidding Documents The Construction Documents, the Invitation to Bid, the Instructions to Bidders, the Bid Form, and all Addenda, upon which the Bidder submits a Bid.

  • Content of Bidding Documents 8.1 The set of bidding documents comprises the documents listed in the table below and addenda issued in accordance with Clause 10. Invitation for Bids
