Common use of Title at Outlet Points Clause in Contracts

Title at Outlet Points. (a) Unless the Delivery is at an Outlet Point that is a Notional Gate Point, the Delivery of the Gas by the Operator to the Shipper at an Outlet Point is a transfer of title to and possession of the Gas from the Operator to the Shipper, effective at the Outlet Point and at the time of Delivery, and free and clear of all encumbrances, liens and claims of any nature.
