Title Searches. The Agent may, at any time and at the expense of Borrower, obtain an updated title and/or lien search regarding any Mortgaged Property or Collateral, or any portion thereof; provided that, unless the Agent reasonably believes that a Lien not otherwise permitted under this Agreement may encumber any Mortgaged Property or Collateral or any portion thereof or an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Agent may so obtain such search with respect to such Mortgaged Property or Collateral or portion thereof not more than once each calendar year.
Title Searches. Title Searches for each real property comprising the Additional Resort Collateral and each real property comprising the Land, together with legible copies of each exception or matter noted thereon.

With respect to any Mortgaged Property with a fair market value of less than $3,000,000 on the Issue Date or at the time of acquisition in the case of a property acquired by the Company or a Guarantor following the Issue Date (as determined in good faith by the Company), a title search dated contemporaneous with the delivery of such Mortgage conducted by a title insurer which reflects that such Mortgaged Property is free and clear of all defects and encumbrances other than Permitted Liens;
Title Searches. Sellers have ordered record owner/lien searches through First American Title Insurance Company for the Real Property. Sellers will provide Purchaser with copies of those search results when received and will take steps reasonably necessary to address matters which are disclosed in those search results and which are not Permitted Liens.
Title Searches. The system shall provide the capability to search for title, based on key attributes: current and previous owners, customer number, partial customer name, title number, plate number, full or partial VIN, lessee, lessor, lien holder, etc.
Title Searches. The Agent shall have received title searches with respect to the Real Property, other than the Sarasota Property, the results of which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and conducted by a title insurance company satisfactory to the Agent;
Title Searches. The Buyer shall have received such title searches, abstracts or title insurance commitments as are reasonably necessary to verify the accuracy of the representations and warranties of the Company with respect to the real property owned by the Company and any leased real property.

Title Searches. RCI will perform title searches on whatever basis is RCI's usual and customary practice for doing so, for purposes of identifying potential new additions to the RCI Catalog. RCI will consider all requests made by ASMT to add any particular product or title to the RCI Catalog and will use reasonable efforts to respond to such requests promptly. However RCI shall be entitled to deny any requests as well as suppress any titles which are not in line with RCIs' business strategy. Accordingly, from time to time during the Term, RCI may, at its sole discretion, make corrections, enhancements, revisions, updates, upgrades and other changes to the RCI Catalog unrelated to any requests by ASMT or ASMT Customers.
Title Searches. Buyer shall deliver to Sellers within ten (10) days from the Agreement Date the title searches as herein defined. Buyer and Sellers shall work together to provide, as the case may be, for each Property, current fully guaranteed tax, title, UCC searches, and US District Court searches, with local tax certifications for the municipality, county and school districts in which the respective Property is located. The title search shall cover a period of at least forty (40) years. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer will provide Title Evidence for shop numbers 17, 35, 53, 54, 57 and 58, no later than the date upon which this Agreement is signed by the parties hereto. Since the closings are scheduled over an eighteen (18) month period, Seller will provide redated title searches for those Properties which will close subsequent to the closing scheduled for March 14, 2008 not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled date of the subsequent closings as set forth in Section 10 below.
