Title to Energy. 6.3.1 Delivery of electrical energy shall be completed when electrical energy meeting the criteria set out in the Minimum Functional Specification is delivered at the Interconnection Point and is metered or otherwise determined in accordance with Clause 6.8, and title to such electrical energy will pass to the CEB on such delivery.
