Common use of TITLE VI COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

TITLE VI COMPLIANCE. During the performance of any Contract entered into pursuant to these specifications, the Contractor, for itself, its assignees and successor in interest, agrees that it shall comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. section 2000d) and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations Part 21, as they may be amended from time to time which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this contract.

TITLE VI COMPLIANCE. During the performance of any Contract entered into pursuant to these specificationsthis Contract, the Contractor, for itself, its assignees and successor in interest, agrees that it /Consultant shall comply with Title VI all requirements of the Civil Rights Act act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. section 2000d) and 1964, as amended; the Regulations regulations relative to nondiscrimination in federally federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation, Transportation Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations Regulations, Part 21, as they may be amended from time to time time; and any implementing requirements of FTA; all of which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this contractContract.
