TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND BUY THE APP. You must be 18 or over to accept these terms and buy the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile telephone or handheld device is compatible for the purposes of using the App and receiving the Services. We are not responsible if the App or the Services become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to emergencies, connection failures, interruptions to transmission, failure in any equipment used to provide the App or the Services or failure of any networks.
