Common use of To Customer Clause in Contracts

To Customer. Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, in the event Allied is required or desires to provide Customer with notice under this Agreement, it will provide electronic notice to the e-mail address on file. In the event that Customer changes its e-mail address, Customer shall advise Allied immediately in writing. By Customer’s acceptance of this Agreement, Customer agrees to electronic delivery of all required notifications including invoices, unless otherwise provided for herein.
