Notices to Customer shall be sent by certified or overnight mail to its invoicing address specified by Customer in the Order or its current address in Vertafore’s invoicing records; by means of a notice, which may be a general notice, on the Online Services; or by electronic mail to Customer’s administrator or billing e-mail address on record in Vertafore’s account information.
