Common use of To Customer Clause in Contracts

To Customer. Notices to Customer shall be sent by certified or overnight mail to its invoicing address specified by Customer in the Order or its current address in Vertafore’s invoicing records; by means of a notice, which may be a general notice, on the Online Services; or by electronic mail to Customer’s administrator or billing e-mail address on record in Vertafore’s account information.
