Planning agreement under the Act The parties agree that this Agreement is a planning agreement governed by Section 7.4 and Subdivision 2 of Division 7.1 of Part 7 of the Act.
CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL LEARNING AGREEMENT The section to be completed during the mobility is needed only if changes have to be introduced into the original Learning Agreement. In that case, the section to be completed before the mobility should be kept unchanged and changes should be described in this section. Condition Precedent: Requirement for Parent Company Guarantee It shall be a condition of this Framework Agreement that, if required by the Authority, the Contractor shall deliver a validly executed parent company guarantee in the form set out in Schedule 6 to this Framework Agreement. The rights and obligations of the Parties shall have no force or effect unless the parent company guarantee has been properly executed and delivered to the Authority.
