OUR SERVICE TO YOU We will act honestly, fairly and professionally in accordance with Your best interests. We will normally represent You, rather than acting on behalf of the insurer. If We do not represent You, We will inform you accordingly. We will normally give You advice and a personal recommendation about the insurance contract being proposed. If We do not give You advice and a personal recommendation, We will inform You accordingly. Where We propose or advise on an insurance contract, We will inform You whether We are: • Giving a personal recommendation on the basis of a fair and personal analysis of the market. This is Our normal service. • Under a contractual obligation to place business exclusively with one or more insurers (in which case We will provide You with the names of those insurers). Examples of this type of service would include ‘single insurer’ or ‘panel of insurers’ type arrangements. • Not under a contractual obligation to place exclusively with one or more insurers and We do not give a personal recommendation on the basis of a fair and personal analysis of the market (in which case We will provide You with the names of those insurers). An example of this type of service would be where We only approach Your existing insurers for renewal terms. We will identify Your demands and needs and ensure that the insurance contract being proposed is consistent with them. Where We give advice and a personal recommendation, We will explain why the insurance contract being proposed best meets Your demands and needs. If We do not give You advice and a personal recommendation, You are responsible for ensuring that the insurance contract being proposed is suitable for You. We will provide You with a letter/report setting out key aspects of the insurance cover being proposed; however, this is not intended to be a substitute for the insurer(s) policy wording, which will take precedence in setting out the terms of the cover. We will endeavor to place insurance cover on Your behalf, but We do not guarantee to be able to do this. We will provide You with details of the cover effected on Your behalf, including the insurer who is underwriting the risk. Where We offer to arrange a facility with a premium finance provider which allows You to pay Your insurance premium by regular instalments, We do not offer advice in relation to this facility; however, We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of options available. You must make Your own choice on which option to accept. When arranging a facility with a premium finance provider on Your behalf, We only act as a credit broker; We do not act as a lender. Although We take care to ensure that the information contained on Our website is accurate and up to date, We give You no promises, representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any information on Our website.
Providing the Services 3.1 The Services the Barrister is to supply in relation to the Case will be described in the Instructions and as may subsequently be agreed between the Barrister and the Solicitor.
Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.
Access to the Service 2.1. The Service is accessed either from a web browser (Microsoft IE 6.0 or above) or directly by utilising the Web Service interface. If accessing via the internet, the URL is as directed by your GBG Account Manager.
Termination of the Services You may, by written request, terminate the Services provided for in this Agreement. We may terminate your use of the Services at any time. In the event of termination of the Services, you will remain liable for all transactions performed on your account.
B1 The Services B1.1 The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.
Your Use of the Services You agree to comply with U.S. or other applicable law regarding the transmission of any information obtained from the Services in accordance with this Agreement, not to use the Services for illegal purposes or in manner inconsistent with this Agreement, and not to interfere with or disrupt the networks connected to the Services. You agree to use the Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, anyone else. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You acquire no rights to the Services and/or materials we provide to you other than the limited right to utilize the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Performance of the Services In addition to the Common Articles, it is specified that:
Your Use of the Service 4.1 You will not use the Service in any way that would constitute or contribute to the commission of a crime, tort, fraud, or other unlawful activity (including activities deemed unlawful under a complainant’s legal jurisdiction) (“Laws”). You will indemnify, and keep us fully indemnified, against all costs, claims, demands, expenses, and liabilities arising out of, or in connection with, any claim that the Service (or its use) infringes any Laws.
Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or Your order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations. You may allow Your Users (as defined below) to use the Services for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with this Agreement and Your order.
