Doors and Hardware. 7.1 Hollow Metal Doors—Hollow metal doors shall be 18 gauge, 1-3/4” thick, flush, with an expanded polystyrene core for exterior doors. Doors to be as manufactured by Republic Doors and Frames, or approved equal, and sized as indicated on the Drawings. Exterior hollow metal doors shall be galvanized.
Doors and Hardware. Manager shall perform the services regarding the doors and hardware in accordance with the guidelines described in the NPA Manual, pages 9, 21, and 32, and in a manner consistent with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Schedule.

Doors and Hardware. (a) Suite entry door will be full height solid core, 8'4" x 3'0" laminate wood grain veneer finish entrance door, installed in an anodized aluminum frame, equipped with exposed closer, with a l'0" sidelight. All doors off the common hallways shall have heavy duty lever handle lockset with closer. All interior doors will be flush, solid core, "laminate, wood grain veneer" full height 8'4" x 3'0" installed in an anodized aluminum frame with a latch-set.
Doors and Hardware. 2.1. Interior office/conference room doors to be oak or ash wood veneer with same wood veneer frame (door 3’-0” x 8’-0” x 1-3/4). All interior hardware to be cylindrical Athens lever handle, “Schlage” D Series, Satin Chrome #626.
2.2. Full height glass office/conference room fronts with top and bottom recessed aluminum channels and oak wood full height caps at gypsum board partitions.
2.3. Main entry double doors to be 3’-0” x 8’-0” each door, clear glass with top & bottom rails, 2” solid aluminum tube frame, thumb turn locksets, 4’ long back to back door pulls and overhead concealed door closer.
2.4. Passage latch sets for all interior doors #606 Satin Chrome.
2.5. Office lock sets for corner offices #606 Satin Chrome.
2.6. Store Room lock sets for Mechanical Room #606 Satin Chrome.
2.7. Fire-rated doors and frames at rated drywall.
2.8. All doors to get full mortise ball bearing butt hinges with floor mounted doorstop and rubber door silencers.
Doors and Hardware. Full height, solid core, laminate doors with anodized aluminum frame and lever handle latch set hardware as required per Tenant Floor Plan.
Doors and Hardware a. All existing doors and hardware are to remain other than shown on attached plan.
b. New wood doors and hardware to match existing will be provided and installed as shown in attached plan.
c. All new hardware needed due to modifications are to match existing.
d. New conference room will have one new full height clear tempered glass door.
e. One corner office will have matching wood pair pocket doors between it and adjacent conference room as shown on plan.
f. If tenant requires different doors throughout, credit for the building standard landlord provided scope will be offered and any additional charge above credit would be the responsibility of the tenant.
g. No other door types will be required.
h. Any other door types, upgrades, etc. shall be the responsibility of and an additional cost to be paid by the tenant.
