Common use of TOLLS Clause in Contracts

TOLLS. 4.1 Customer shall pay for all transportation service hereunder from the Date of Commencement in accordance with TCPL’s FT-SN Toll Schedule, List of Tolls, and General Terms and Conditions set out in TCPL’s Transportation Tariff as the same may be amended or approved from time to time by the Canada Energy Regulator ("CER").
